Deep Sea Fishing On The "Intense"

A toe to toe experience with the fish of the blue waters. Stand up fishing with light tackle to catch the fish of a lifetime. We practice catch and release on all inedible species and kill the ones that are good for the table for dinner that night.

We practice many different techniques of fishing including Trolling, Kite fishing, Deep Dropping, Sword fishing and more. We also have special offshore fly fishing gear for you to use made by Orvis.

The Intense is a 32 Ft ocean going Yellowfin Twin engine center console. Versatile for its walk around fishing capability and plenty of room with a small bathroom for those that may need it. 4 persons is most comfortable but we can carry a max of 6.

Outfitted with a very extensive array of fishing electronics by Furuno and Garmin we are sure not to miss the fish. Fast and comfortable ride gets you to the fishing grounds way before the rest of the offshore fleet with a cruising speed of almost 40 Knots.

The Intense is also outfitted with 4 power outlets for electric reels we use for deep dropping, sword fishing and live bait kite fishing for a 360 degree presentation that is critical in high tech fishing methods to put you on the fish.

Our rods and reels are all made by Penn and Daiwa replaced frequently and maintained constantly. We use the Internationals and Torques series reels to guarantee your success. We have rod belts that fit everyone on the boat to make the battle with the monsters a comfortable one.

No mate means more hands on fishing and less cost to you. We run this trip with just a captain. He will guide you to the big ones but you will fight the fish with his coaching. Winter Deep Sea Fishing (Nov - March)

Our deep sea fishing trips focus on the close reef species such as Sailfish, Tuna, Kingfish,Wahoo and Dolphin. Tuna fishing on the reef is off the chart and on the moon phases the wahoo potential is great. The bottom fishing on the reef is exceptional in the winter as well and our boat is versatile to handle all of it.

Spring (April - June)

We get into our hard core sailfish season and do a ton of Live bait Kite fishing. this is a very busy time for us so book early. The kingfish are still around and the large dolphin show up in great numbers offering our anglers shots at 20 plus pound dolphin regularly.

Summer (July - October)

We do lots of dolphin fishing with the occasional marlin and sailfish. We also catch the incidental wahoo while trolling as well. Deep dropping is a great way to break up the day and catch some incredible table fare. Also Sword fishing is very real during the day time in the summer.

Always good

On all of our trips we can always get into amber jacks up to 50 lbs and huge barracudas mixed with bonito and skip jacks. So what ever your season is we can get you into the fish and have some fun bending rods.
