The Leadership
The fishing, boating guides and captains of Dream Catcher Charters are led by veteran Key West fishing guide and Florida Native Capt. Steven P. Lamp.
Capt. Stevens dedication to sharing a vast amount of knowledge based off over 30 years of fishing and 40 years of captaining daily to ensure the quality of the Dream Catcher Charters is evident in the success of each trip. Capt. Steven works right along side of the guides of Dream Catchers building a knowledge base never seen before in a charter company or among fishing guides anywhere.
Our Crew
Our captains are hand picked and extensively trained. Leadership is nothing without strong people to lead. Our captains have always had a certain grit about them or they just don’t last here. Each one of our captains runs over 300 charters per year they are always in the loop and know where the fish are. They only have to focus on the fishing and nothing else. We have been blessed to have some of the best water men ever to work in Key West run trips for our clients.
